Slimes that are formed from the natural forces of the world are simple creatures compared to most monsters. That said, these monsters quickly become more complex and fascinating the further one investigates them.
When a natural element condenses and eventually dissipates, sometimes a slime forms in the phenomenon's place. These slimes often reflect the circumstances by which they are born from: a recent bout of rain may bring about water-elemented slimes, a great strike of thunder leaves an electric-elemented slime in its wake, and so on. Natural Slimes can be quite plentiful and varied for this reason, and is often rests upon an adventurer's shoulders to keep human settlements safe from these monsters.
